I have been directly or indirectly involved in every project and revamp with this customer since 2003. Been initially employed as a contractor with this customer, I know this account extremely well. I am responsible for a onsite support at the campus site, remote and field support for the retail branches. When remote support fails, that's where the field engineer kicks in.

Responsibilities:

Maintaining +95 % SLA,

Onsite, remote and telephonic assist to customers and colleagues

All desktop support, Desktops to Laptops to printers and many other devices, xerox scan to email

Engage and coordinate with 3rd party vendors (DELL; HP) to resolve incidents

EUC support. New installs, Deinstallation of old equipment, QMatics systems.

All Android and IOS setups for users .

EUC support for Teller systems to back office systems all done by me

July 2021 stores was looted by the masses and over 400 stores where redestroyed. Worked around the clock to reopen shops on time across the area combined with other projects. Customers where opened in record time across the board.
